*If you get a hangover by just looking at alcohol, you are most likely allergic to alcohol. Alcohol allergy symptoms are facial flushing, hives, asthma, runny nose, low blood pressure, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. Headaches, heartburn, and a fast heartbeat can complete the picture. In other words, you feel like heck. If you suffer from this, it is probably better to stick to water and milk.

*If you want to help your body as much as possible not to go into toxic shock from too much alcohol, then you should follow these simple rules.

1) Eat a fatty meal before you use alcohol. The before part is actually muy importante. The reason is simple. The stomach does most of the "chewing" of food and not a lot of absorption takes place. Most of the absorption happens in the small intestine. Now, if you use alcohol on an empty stomach it goes straight into the small intestine where it will be rapidly absorbed into the bloodstream and liver.

The poor liver can't keep up and it also produces acetaldehyde (a toxic compound and known carcinogenic) and dehydration.Hello Hangover! Long story short, eat a proper fatty meal before you imbibe. It is not too much to ask, is it?

2)During the evening try to drink at least one big glass of water for every adult beverage consumed. Keep that glass filled and right there at your elbow for easy reach.

3)There are supplements out there that work great for hangover prevention. This specific product has been used for 40+ years around the world for liver support but also for hangover prevention. We just made it better! Click here for more information, please.
